The whole Work Plan, Annual Budget, Activities and Financial Report are discussed among all together and approved by the General Committee in its Annual General Meetings      held every year. The Secretary General plays the role as the Chief Executive officer of the organization as per constitution. The Secretary General is responsible for overall supervision and implementation of the programs of the organization. The Secretary General calls meeting of the executive body every three months and shares the strength and weakness, progress and problems with the members for taking decision.
